Sublimation Printing Instructions

For Tumbler / Mug Press Machine (For Reference Only):

• Temperature: 350°F–360°F（175°C–180°C）

• Time: 50 – 60 Seconds

• Pressure: Medium

For Sublimation Oven / Convection Oven:

• Temperature: 360°F（180°C）

• Time: 6 – 8 Minutes (Rotate halfway for even heating)

• Accessories: Shrink wrap sleeve recommended for full-wrap printing.

Printing Steps:

1. Design your artwork and print it on sublimation paper in mirror image.

2. Wrap the printed paper tightly around the bottle body and secure with heat-resistant tape.

3. Apply a shrink wrap sleeve using a heat gun if using a convection oven.

4. Process in a tumbler press or convection oven using the recommended parameters.

5. Carefully remove the paper immediately after heating (wear heat-resistant gloves) and allow the bottle to cool down completely.
